Chimeria Gonzalez is a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Cribl and has a deep passion for cybersecurity, cloud, and AI. Drawing on her experience as a U.S. veteran and dual-degree student in IT and business, she integrates technical depth with forward-thinking vision and human-centered leadership.
In her role, Chimeria partners with security and technology leaders from Fortune 500 companies to design and implement scalable strategies, foster innovation, and equip teams for long-term success. In parallel, she helps drive the development of AI governance practices designed to ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant adoption of emerging technologies across the enterprise. Outside of her day-to-day work, Chimeria enjoys mentoring and advocating for veterans, women, and other underrepresented communities entering or advancing in cybersecurity. She serves as Secretary for the Houston affiliate and is an active member of the Military affiliate of Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS), an organization dedicated to recruiting, retaining, and advancing women in the field. She also serves as Chief Program Officer at Boots2Books, a nonprofit committed to helping veterans, spouses, and dependents access competitive education and career opportunities.
