Jeff Baine is the Sr Solutions Architect Lead for the Western Region at Barracuda Networks, where he partners with organizations to design and implement advanced cybersecurity, data protection, and cloud security solutions. With over two decades of experience spanning IT leadership, telecommunications, and enterprise security, Jeff has worked extensively with public utilities, enterprises, and service providers to strengthen their security posture and modernize infrastructure.

Prior to Barracuda, Jeff served as Information Systems & Telecommunications Manager at Lewis County Public Utility District, where he spearheaded broadband expansion initiatives, implemented enterprise IT strategies, and led workforce development programs. His expertise bridges cybersecurity, cloud adoption, compliance, and critical infrastructure resiliency, giving him a unique perspective on both technical and business challenges.

Jeff frequently advises organizations on threat protection, secure networking, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on simplifying complex infrastructures while maintaining strong security frameworks.
