
John Bartolucci is a Special Investigator with the Ohio Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, assigned to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and Southern Ohio. A seasoned law enforcement professional since 2005, he has held numerous specialized roles and is nationally recognized for his expertise in digital forensics and cybercrime investigations.
John holds advanced digital forensic certifications from the U.S. Secret Service’s National Computer Forensic Institute (NCFI), where he also serves as an instructor—training law enforcement professionals across the country. In addition to his public service, he is a contract instructor for one of the world’s leading digital forensics companies, furthering global efforts to accelerate justice in today’s digital-first world.
As a federally credentialed Task Force Officer with both Homeland Security Investigations and the U.S. Secret Service, John contributes technical leadership to high-profile cybercrime cases. His passion for justice, innovation, and mentorship has made him a respected voice in law enforcement and a critical asset in protecting communities from technology-enabled threats.
